1. Eligibility for Returns
We strive to provide high-quality products, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

- Europe (EU/EEA/UK): You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return, in line with EU Consumer Rights Directive (CRD).
- USA: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in compliance with Amazon and local consumer protection laws.
1.2 Condition of the Item
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed (for clothing, accessories, or personal items).
- In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags attached.
- Undamaged and in resalable condition, unless the return is due to a defect or shipping damage.
- Not fall under non-returnable items (see Section 2).
1.3 Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted for the following reasons:
- Defective or damaged items received.
- Wrong product shipped (incorrect size, model, or color).

3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, follow these steps:
- For Amazon purchases:

- Select the item and click "Return or Replace Items."

- Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier.
- For purchases outside Amazon:

4. Refund Process
4.1 Refund Terms
